Restoration of rustic garden in El Vergel.
In this project, a comprehensive intervention has been carried out on an agricultural property with the aim of recovering its productive and landscape value, respecting the Mediterranean identity of the environment.
The work began with specialized pruning of a date palm (Phoenix dactylifera) and Washingtonia robusta, eliminating dry fronds and deteriorated elements to improve aesthetics, safety and plant health. Next, the olive and almond trees were pruned, applying renewal and training criteria to promote fruiting and optimize the crown structure.
The land was subjected to mechanical clearing, eliminating spontaneous vegetation and crop remains, which allowed the surface to be cleaned and the risk of fires reduced. Finally, surface plowing was carried out using a rotovator, in order to improve the texture of the soil, facilitate aeration and prepare the farm for future agricultural or landscaping work.
This set of actions has allowed the farm to return to its functionality and beauty, integrating it again into the rural landscape of the Marina Alta.
