Garden transformation with artificial grass and decorative gravel in Frigola 9, Dénia street

In EGASA landscaping and gardening, we complete a significant landscape improvement in a property located on Frigola 9, Dénia. This project focused on the installation of high quality artificial grass around the pool and the application of decorative white gravel under existing hedges, completely transforming the outer space.

Installation of high quality artificial grass

The pool area, which surrounded the area, presented a natural grass (Stenotaphrum secondatum) in deteriorated state. Our work began with the complete withdrawal of this degraded grass and the cancellation of the irrigation system in that area to avoid future leaks.

For the installation of the new artificial grass, we follow a rigorous preparation process:

• Leveling: First, the terrain was meticulously leveled with a ruling to ensure a uniform base.
• Support and leveling of Chinchilla: Subsequently, a layer of chinchilla sand was extended and leveled, providing a fine and perfectly smooth surface.
• Anti-Hierbas barrier: Finally, a high-resistance geotextile layer was placed, fundamental to prevent weed growth and maintain the integrity of the grass in the long term.

Once the base has been prepared, we proceeded to install the high quality artificial grass. This was previously selected by the client among the options of our trust suppliers in Dénia, guaranteeing a higher aesthetic finish and exceptional durability.

Decorative White Gravel application

In the areas under the hedges of Bougainvillea spectabilis (7 metres long) and Nerium oleander (11 metres long), we applied decorative white gravel. As in the artificial turf area, a geotextile mesh was installed before the gravel was spread. This layer is crucial for suppressing weed growth, keeping the gravel clean and neat looking with minimal maintenance. The combination of the white gravel with the lush hedges creates an attractive and modern visual contrast.
